We sat down for a very frank and open discussion with Ghada Melek (former candidate for Mississauga City Councillor – Ward 6), who is an active community organizer in the Coptic community in Mississauga, one of the first Coptic candidates in the Greater Toronto Area’s municipal elections, and the subject of a recent short documentary called “The Race”. Join Sherif Rizk as they discuss Ghada’s political campaign, lessons learned from that campaign, and how Ghada has carried those lessons in future initiatives – mainly the controversial Ontario health education program introduced in 2015.
